TFG Transfracht starts new set-up for southern port in Koper

TFG Transfracht will begin its new set-up for Koper on May 10, directly connecting its AlbatrosExpress network with the southern port.

In future, this will see containers being transported directly in a regular timetable for the first time, thus ensuring faster journey times. The service will run four times per week between Koper and Austria and southern Germany.

The terminals in Enns and Salzburg will see two departures per week for import and export. In addition, the existing connection between Munich and Salzburg will provide a direct link from southern Germany to the port at Koper. The new connection between Enns and Salzburg created by the regular train offers further options and even greater flexibility for transport with TFG.

“By expanding the connection to Koper, we can serve the growing demand of our customers for transport to and from the Adriatic ports. We are pleased to offer our customers even greater flexibility in transport,” explains Oswin Stummvoll, Head of Austria Region at TFG Transfracht.
